• Complete and Transmit (manually or electronically) any documents, amend product or service codes, and pay any duties or taxes required by the law.
• Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area. If Receiver refuses delivery or to pay for delivery, or the Shipment is deemed to be unacceptable. OBL Courier has the right to open and inspect a Shipment without prior notice to Shipper.
• If Shipper requires greater protection, then Shipment Value Protection may be arranged at an additional cost.
• The shipper / client confirms that all the information provided to ONESTBIRD Logistics while booking the shipment are complete and correct including contents, shipper and consignee details, Good value declaration etc. In case of any incorrect information or declaration in the CN, the shipper / client acknowledges that OnestBird Logistics will be absolved from any liability or responsibility pertaining to loss, damage, or expense suffered by the shipper/ client.
These terms and conditions are applicable on all courier, logistics and all other services provided by OBL to the Shipper/Sender/Client hereunder. No employee, franchisee, agent of OBL or anyone else has any authority to change any of these terms and conditions, or make any promise on behalf of OBL which is in addition to or in conflict with these Terms and Conditions.
These term and conditions shall apply to and insure to benefit OBL (Pvt.) Limited along with all of its affiliated/associated/group companies, and their officers, directors and employees.
In case of dedicated use of packing material like Flyers, Bags & Seals and fullfillment by the customer, cost would be charged in addition to the rates.
Shipper / Client has no objection, if OnestBird Logistics sends informational / promotional and operational messages on his / her given numbers / address.
